Visitor Policy updated March 2023
This Visitor Policy sets out our current visiting guidance.
Our visiting restrictions have eased but we are still requesting all visits to be booked prior, to help reduce the footfall in the Home. Visits are held in the reception or snug area or in your loved ones bedroom. Visits are for an hour long but this is not strict dependent on how many visitors we have on the day.

Ability to suspend visiting
In the event of any suspected or actual outbreak of COVID-19 or Influenza or a suspected or known case of COVID-19 or Influenza within a home, visitor restrictions may need to be immediately suspended. This would be implemented in a transparent manner with open and clear communication to residents and relevant family members.
